A: Simply click the SELL NOW button on the Phonetradr home page. The first part of the process will give you a valuation for the sale of your device. If you’re happy with the price, click the LET’S SELL IT button and we’ll quickly sign you up with either your Google account or your Facebook account. From there you’ll be asked for your collection address. Once you’ve completed and submitted the form we’ll arrange the collection with our couriers, who will give you a call to arrange a collection time.

And when we receive it, it is placed in a highly secure vault until it’s sold. From there, we get you paid via EFT within 3 working days. A: It takes, on average, 3 business days from the time of collection for the device to be listed.
