In Order to update your Garmin Fenix 6S Pro Solar, you will need to download and install the Garmin Express™ application and add your device (using Garmin Connect on your computer). Once installed, connect your Garmin Device to your computer using the usb cable and Garmin Connect will send any new software updates directly to your device, once your device received the update you can disconnect your Garmin and it will automatically update the software.
