Screen and Display

• The display offers a 2532 x 1170 pixel resolution with 460 ppi (pixels per inch).
• 800 nits max brightness (typical) and 1200 nits peak brightness (HDR)
• The edges of the screen have been rounded again, which is a change from the flattened and sharpened corners that have been present in most iPhones of late.
• The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass for stronger protection against drops. It is also protected even further with a feature called Ceramic Shield which is infused with nano-ceramic crystals and makes iPhone screens the toughest ones on the market.
• The Face ID notch at the top is much smaller and less noticeable.
• The iPhone 14 also has True Tone with high resolution colour accuracy, as well as excellent contrast between colours.
